    Interest and altruism

    in Unit 3

This unit had a lot of material. It was a pleasant surprise to see that interest and altruism were two of the main drivers of career choice at school.

I thought it was great to see that interest and alturism were the two main drivers of career choice. Whilst you are good at something, doesn't necessarily mean that you love doing it. Therefore if students are choosing careers based on their interests, then they are more likely to love their jobs and aspire them to undertake further study.
